Location Consent

Recording will only be used when Nobleon has enabled the applicable recording workflow and required notices/consents are in place.

Background Screening & MVR Authorization

I acknowledge that I received and reviewed the Background Screening Disclosure and authorize Nobleon Rider™ and its authorized screening provider(s), as permitted by applicable law, to obtain and review criminal background reports and motor vehicle/driving-history reports for driver eligibility and lawful periodic re-screening.

Review the standalone Background Screening Disclosure before checking this box. Additional notices or provider-specific documents may still be required before a report is ordered.

Drug & Alcohol Zero-Tolerance and Testing Authorization

I acknowledge Nobleon Rider™’s zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy and authorize drug and/or alcohol screening when required or permitted by applicable law and Nobleon Rider™ policy, including periodic or random safety checks, post-incident review, or after a rider safety complaint.

A completed drug or alcohol test is not automatically required before activation unless Nobleon Rider™ separately requires one under the applicable safety/compliance process.

TNC Insurance Disclosure Requirement Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that, before I am allowed to accept ride requests, Nobleon Rider™ must provide me with a separate written TNC insurance disclosure stating the actual coverage types and limits in effect, and I must review and accept that disclosure.

This registration acknowledgement is not the final insurance disclosure acceptance. Final acceptance will occur only after Nobleon Rider™ has binding TNC coverage information and presents the applicable written disclosure before ride access.

Independent Contractor Agreement Acknowledgement

I have reviewed and agree to the Nobleon Rider™ Driver Terms of Service and agree that, if approved to drive, I will provide services as an independent contractor under those written terms and applicable law.

Final activation remains subject to Nobleon Rider™ approval, required screening, vehicle/insurance review, training, and all other applicable compliance requirements.
