Nobleon Rider™ (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides premium private transportation services in Florida via https://nobleonrider.com (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We respect your privacy and handle personal information consistent with applicable U.S. laws (including CCPA/CPRA) and—where applicable—international laws such as the EU/UK GDPR.
Notice at Collection
We collect identifiers (name, email, phone, address), commercial information (bookings, payment status), geolocation (if you share it), internet/electronic activity (device, IP, analytics), account/support data (complaints, emergency reports), and text/audio interactions with our AI assistant (Leon). We use this to deliver the Services, process payments, maintain safety and security, provide support, improve the platform, and comply with law. Account data is retained while active and for 30 days after deletion for backups and fraud prevention; booking/transaction records may be kept up to 7 years for tax/compliance. We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. For drivers, we also collect driver license details, vehicle/registration data, insurance details, background screening results, and payout/tax information to determine eligibility, ensure safety and compliance, and remit payouts.

2) Information We Collect
- Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone, address.
- Booking details: pickup/drop-off, date/time, preferences (e.g., class of ride), child pickup/drop-off PINs if enabled.
- Payment data: payment method type and status (processed via Stripe). We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, OS, and usage analytics.
- AI interactions: text/audio exchanges with Leon (ElevenLabs) for support and booking assistance.
- Support & safety: complaints, emergency reports, and related logs.
2A) Additional Information We Collect from Drivers
- Identity & licensing: legal name, date of birth, driver’s license number/class/issuing state/expiration, selfie/ID match (where applicable).
- Vehicle data: make/model/year, color, VIN, license plate, registration status, vehicle photos.
- Insurance: carrier, policy number, coverage type/limits, effective/expiration dates, proof of insurance.
- Screening & compliance: background/motor vehicle record checks and results (pass/fail status), eligibility flags, safety coaching notes.
- Operational: availability windows, acceptance/cancellation stats, ratings/feedback.
- Telematics & location (during active trips): GPS traces, speed, acceleration/braking, cornering, device motion signals.
- Payouts & tax: payout account details (tokenized via Stripe), earnings history, Forms 1099‑K/1099‑MISC data.
3) How We Collect Information
- Account/booking forms (WPForms) and account pages.
- Support, complaint, and emergency forms.
- AI assistant interactions (Leon by ElevenLabs).
- Cookies and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Payment processors (Stripe).
- Operational tools (Make.com, Google Sheets, Twilio for SMS).
- Background screening providers (e.g., motor vehicle record/criminal screening vendors) for drivers.

4A) Additional Purposes (Drivers)
- Determine/verify driver eligibility, licensing, and insurance compliance.
- Route/dispatch trips, enable in‑app navigation, and ensure safety (including telematics‑based coaching).
- Detect risk/unsafe behavior patterns, investigate incidents, and support deactivation decisions per Driver Terms.
- Remit payouts, issue tax forms, and maintain financial records.
5) Legal Bases (GDPR/International)
- Contract: to provide rides and related Services.
- Consent: for optional communications/marketing or cookies where required.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, safety, and regulatory duties.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, Service improvements.
6) Sharing & Service Providers
We share personal information only with trusted providers as needed to operate the Services:
- Stripe (payments, PCI‑DSS compliant).
- Make.com (workflow automation, notifications).
- Google Sheets (internal operations records).
- ElevenLabs (Leon) (assistant interactions).
- Twilio (SMS/voice notices).
- Background screening providers (driver eligibility checks and compliance).
- Mapping/navigation & telematics tools (location and safety features during trips).
- Law enforcement (only when legally required or in emergencies).
We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
7) Cookies & Analytics
We use functional and analytical cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve performance. If we introduce remarketing or targeted advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel), we will update this Policy and, where required, request consent. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; disabling cookies may impact certain features. We do not sell personal information or engage in cross‑context behavioral advertising without notice and, where applicable, your choice.
7A) Driver Location & Telematics
Drivers must enable precise location during active trips; disabling location may prevent using the driver app. Telematics (e.g., speed, acceleration, braking) is processed to support safety, compliance, coaching, fraud prevention, investigations, and potential deactivation per the Driver Terms.
8) Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion for backups, fraud prevention, and disputes.
- Booking/transaction records: up to 7 years for tax and compliance.
- Complaints/emergency reports: typically 2 years unless required longer by law or investigations.
- Driver compliance records (license, insurance, screening): while active and typically 3 years after deactivation, or longer where required by law/claims defense.
9) Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict processing in certain cases. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by law).
To exercise rights, email info@nobleonrider.com. We may verify your identity (e.g., matching account details). Authorized agents may submit requests with proper authorization and identity verification. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
10) California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)
- Categories collected: identifiers; customer records; commercial data; internet/electronic activity; geolocation (if shared); audio/text from assistant interactions; limited inferences for service delivery (no profiling for sale). Drivers: licensing/vehicle/insurance data, screening results, telematics during trips, payout/tax data.
- Purposes: deliver Services, payments, security/safety, support, improvements, legal compliance.
- Your rights: know/access, correct, delete, portability, limit use of sensitive PI (where applicable), and opt‑out of sale/share (we do not sell; we do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising).
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny services or charge different prices for exercising rights.
11) Security
- Transport‑layer encryption (SSL/TLS).
- Administrative 2FA and role‑based access controls.
- Network/app monitoring, firewalls, and least‑privilege practices.
- Vendor due diligence for processors (Stripe, Twilio, Google, Make.com, ElevenLabs, screening vendors).
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach, we will take steps required by applicable law to notify affected individuals.
12) Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 provided us information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
13) International Transfers
Our infrastructure and service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., DPAs, SCCs) to protect personal information transferred internationally.
