Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Nobleon Rider™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a ride, creating an account, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service Overview
- We provide private, luxury transportation services across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
- Our multilingual drivers offer a premium and discreet experience tailored to your needs.
2) Accounts & Eligibility
- You must create an account to book a ride and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You confirm that information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. Riders under 18 may ride only with adult supervision or verified parental/guardian consent.
3) Booking & Rider Responsibilities
- All rides must be booked via our platform.
- Be on time at the agreed pickup location. See “Cancellations, No-Show & Waiting Time.”
- Intentional or negligent damage (e.g., spills, vomiting) may result in a cleaning fee; see “Vehicle Care & Cleaning.”
4) All-Inclusive Pricing (No Hidden Fees)
Our pricing is all-inclusive. Standard tolls, airport surcharges, normal waiting time, and route logistics are included in your quoted fare. No hidden fees, no surprises. For details, see our All-Inclusive Pricing Policy.
5) Payments
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- No cash payments: cash, in-car card readers, or street hails are not accepted. All payments must be completed through the Nobleon platform.
- Final charges are captured upon ride completion (or per the cancellation policy).
- Tips are optional but appreciated.
- By using our services, you expressly consent to receiving ride receipts and invoices via electronic mail at the email address associated with your account.
5.1) Chargebacks, Refunds & Disputes
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@nobleonrider.com within 7 days. We investigate and respond promptly.
- Refunds, dispute handling, eligibility and timelines are governed by our Refund & Dispute Policy.
- Unauthorized or bad‑faith chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of processor dispute fees and reasonable collection costs.
6) Cancellations, No-Show & Waiting Time
- 12+ hours before pickup: free cancellation.
- 5–6 hours before pickup: $100 fee.
- 1–2 hours before pickup: $200 fee.
- Less than 1 hour or No-Show: full fare is charged.
- No-Show: you are deemed a no-show if you are unavailable and unreachable 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- Waiting Time (Included): standard waiting time is included in your all-inclusive fare; excessive delays beyond reasonable limits may be treated as a no-show for operational fairness.
- Fees may be waived at our discretion for documented emergencies.
7) Children, Safety Seats & PIN Handover
- Child Seats: riders are responsible for complying with applicable child-seat/booster laws. On request and subject to availability, we can provide child seats; please specify during booking.
- Pickup PIN (Minors): when picking up an unaccompanied minor, the minor (or school staff) must provide the pickup PIN supplied by the parent/guardian. The ride will not proceed without the correct PIN.
- Drop-Off PIN (Minors): at handoff, the parent/guardian (or authorized adult) must present the drop-off PIN. Drivers will not release a minor without the correct PIN.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
8) Accessibility (ADA), Service Animals & Pets
- We strive to accommodate riders with disabilities consistent with applicable law.
- Service animals are welcome as required by law. Pets are permitted at the driver’s discretion and must be properly secured; cleaning fees may apply for significant shedding/soiling.
9) Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Items
- Open containers of alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, or hazardous materials are prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and at driver discretion.
- Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate ride termination and account action.
10) Emergency Use, GPS & Safety
- If you or the driver are in immediate danger, call 911 first.
- Drivers may use the in-app Emergency 911 feature to alert authorities and share live GPS location.
- Misuse or false emergency alerts may result in account suspension or legal action.
- By using our platform, you consent to GPS tracking during active ride sessions for safety and logistics.
11) Vehicle Care & Cleaning
- You agree to reasonable care of the vehicle. Excessive mess, spills, or biohazard incidents may incur a cleaning fee appropriate to the remediation required.
12) Lost or Damaged Items
- We are not responsible for lost items but will assist in recovery when possible. Please check the vehicle before departing.
13) Prohibited Conduct
- Abusive language or behavior toward drivers or staff.
- Requesting illegal services or violating laws.
- Booking under false identity, fraud, or payment abuse.
14) Liability Limitations
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen road closures.
- Our responsibility is limited strictly to the transport service as booked.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., missed appointments or emotional distress).
- Liability Cap: our maximum liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the ride giving rise to the claim.
15) Governing Law, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Binding Arbitration: any dispute shall be resolved by confidential, final, and binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, before a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Class-Action Waiver: you and Nobleon Rider™ agree to bring claims only in your or its individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
- You may seek individual relief in small-claims court if eligible.
16) Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at https://nobleonrider.com/terms.
- For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in your account dashboard when feasible.
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
