Background Screening Disclosure
Nobleon Rider™ may obtain one or more consumer reports about you from a consumer reporting agency for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility to provide services as a driver and, where permitted by law, your continued eligibility.
These reports may include information about your criminal history, motor vehicle and driving history, identity, and other background information permitted by applicable law.
Nobleon Rider™ may obtain additional consumer reports as permitted by law in connection with periodic re-screening, continued driver eligibility, safety, or compliance.
This disclosure is provided separately from the general driver application and Driver Terms. Your written authorization to obtain these reports is requested separately in the Nobleon Rider™ driver screening flow.
