Driver Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 16, 2025  |  Last Updated: October 5, 2026

These Driver Terms of Service (“Driver Terms”) govern your participation as a driver partner with Nobleon Rider™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering as a driver, accepting ride requests, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to these Driver Terms. These Driver Terms are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, our general Terms of Service.

1) Independent Contractor Status

  • You and Nobleon Rider™ agree in writing that you participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, subject to applicable law.
  • Nobleon Rider™ does not unilaterally prescribe specific hours during which you must be logged on to the Nobleon digital network.
  • Nobleon Rider™ does not prohibit you from using other TNC digital networks or from engaging in another occupation or business.
  • You decide whether to accept or decline available ride requests, subject to safety, compliance, and accepted-ride obligations.

2) Driver Responsibilities & Liability

  • You are responsible for the safe, lawful, and professional operation of the vehicle and for complying with traffic, licensing, safety, and platform rules while providing rides.
  • You are responsible, to the extent provided by applicable law, for your own negligent, unlawful, or intentional acts and for traffic violations, fines, and other obligations arising from your driving conduct.
  • Nobleon Rider™ retains the responsibilities, insurance obligations, and potential liabilities imposed on a TNC by applicable law. Nothing in these Driver Terms eliminates obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
  • Nothing in these Driver Terms waives any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, including rights arising from Nobleon Rider™’s own negligence, statutory duties, or other nonwaivable obligations.

3) Licensing, Registration & Insurance

  • You must carry valid vehicle registration and comply with applicable vehicle, licensing, and safety requirements.
  • Before you may accept ride requests, the vehicle and driver must be covered by primary automobile insurance that satisfies the Florida TNC requirements for periods when you are logged on to the Nobleon digital network and when you are engaged in a prearranged ride. Required coverage may be maintained by you or the vehicle owner, by Nobleon Rider™, or by a combination, as permitted by law.
  • Your personal automobile policy may exclude coverage while you are logged on to a TNC digital network or engaged in a compensated ride. Nobleon Rider™ will provide the written TNC insurance disclosure required before ride access is activated.
  • You must carry or have electronic access to proof of the required TNC coverage whenever using a vehicle in connection with the Nobleon digital network and provide it when required after an accident.

4) Background Checks & Compliance

  • Before ride access is activated, Nobleon Rider™ may obtain and review criminal background and motor vehicle/driving-history reports through authorized screening providers, subject to the separate disclosure and authorization process and applicable law.
  • You must satisfy Nobleon Rider™’s required onboarding, screening, vehicle/insurance review, training, and final approval requirements before accepting rides. Required re-screening may occur periodically as permitted or required by law.
  • You must comply with applicable TNC regulations, traffic laws, safety rules, and Nobleon Rider™ operational policies.
  • You must follow Nobleon Rider™’s nondiscrimination policy and applicable accessibility laws, including lawful accommodation of service animals. Service animals must not be treated as ordinary discretionary pets, and a rider may not be charged an additional fare merely because a service animal accompanies the rider.

5) Zero-Tolerance Policy

  • No impairment: Nobleon Rider™ maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drug or alcohol use while you are logged on to the Nobleon digital network or providing a prearranged ride.
  • Rider complaints: if Nobleon Rider™ receives a rider complaint alleging a zero-tolerance violation, your ability to accept ride requests will be suspended as soon as possible and remain suspended for the duration of the investigation, as required by applicable law.
  • Screening: where permitted by law and Nobleon Rider™ policy, you may be required to cooperate with drug and/or alcohol screening in connection with safety, compliance, periodic/random checks, a post-incident review, or a rider safety complaint.
  • No unsafe device use: no texting, browsing, or video while driving. Only lawful hands-free calling and navigation use are permitted.
  • Confirmed violations may result in corrective action, suspension, or permanent deactivation consistent with applicable law and Nobleon Rider™ policy.

6) Payments, Platform Fees & Payout Schedule

  • You receive the fare minus the Nobleon platform fee, displayed in advance before you accept a trip.
  • Payouts are disbursed on a weekly basis through our third-party payment processor.
  • You authorize Nobleon Rider™ and its payment partners to deduct platform fees, dispute fees, and applicable adjustments before remittance.
  • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings.

6.1) Incident Evidence, Cleaning Reimbursement & Lost Items

  • When a rider significantly soils, vomits in, or damages a vehicle, promptly submit the incident through the Nobleon driver tools and provide clear ride-linked photo evidence when safe and practical.
  • Nobleon reviews the evidence and contacts the rider for confirmation or a response before a post-ride cleaning/damage charge is finalized. Disputed cases are manually reviewed.
  • A verified significant cleaning/biohazard incident uses a $150 cleaning fee. Any driver reimbursement is released only after Nobleon approves the incident and completes the applicable rider charge/reconciliation.
  • For vehicle damage, reimbursement is based on approved documented repair/replacement loss rather than an automatic flat amount.
  • If you find a rider’s property, report it through the Nobleon Lost Item workflow and do not use or disclose the item. After a verified return, you receive a $20 lost-item return reward.

7) Prohibited Conduct

  • No cash payments, street hails, or compensated rides arranged outside the Nobleon digital network when operating as a Nobleon TNC driver.
  • No abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or unsafe behavior toward passengers or others.
  • Respect the rider’s Conversation Preference. If the rider selects Quiet Ride, keep nonessential conversation minimal unless the rider initiates it. Do not initiate or escalate contentious discussion of politics, religion, race/ethnicity, sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar sensitive topics.
  • No fraudulent bookings, misrepresentation, unauthorized use of rider data, enforcement-evasion behavior, or tampering with the platform.

8) Confidentiality & Passenger Data

  • You must keep all passenger information (names, addresses, phone numbers, routes) confidential and use it only to complete assigned rides.
  • You may not contact passengers outside of accepted rides or use their data for any personal or commercial purpose.

9) Telematics, GPS & Safety Monitoring

  • When location features are enabled and required for active ride operations, you consent to Nobleon Rider™ collecting precise driver location and relevant telematics for dispatch, pickup coordination, safety, fraud prevention, compliance, claims support, and ride operations, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable permissions.
  • Nobleon Rider™ may retain network-session timestamps, including log-on/log-off records, where needed for operations, insurance claims, and legal compliance.
  • Ride-related calls and, if later enabled, in-vehicle audio may be recorded only through Nobleon Rider™’s approved recording workflow with the notices and consents required by applicable law and policy.
  • Location, telematics, and recording data may be used for safety reviews, compliance, fraud prevention, investigations, claims, and dispute resolution as described in the Privacy Policy.

10) Termination & Deactivation

  • Nobleon Rider™ may place a temporary safety/compliance hold, suspend ride access, or deactivate a driver for material violations of these Driver Terms, unsafe conduct, repeated cancellations/no-shows, loss of required license/registration/insurance eligibility, disqualifying screening results, or other lawful safety/compliance reasons.
  • Temporary holds used for investigations are not, by themselves, final findings of wrongdoing. Nobleon Rider™ may require human compliance review before restoring or permanently ending ride access.
  • You may stop driving at any time by ceasing to accept ride requests. Outstanding lawful obligations survive termination where applicable.

11) Legal Protections & Indemnification

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, fines, or liabilities caused by your own unlawful, negligent, or intentional conduct while providing services.
  • Nothing in these Driver Terms waives claims, statutory protections, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
  • Any indemnification or limitation of liability applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law and does not reduce insurance coverage or statutory TNC obligations.

12) Governing Law, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

  • These Driver Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • You and Nobleon Rider™ waive the right to participate in class actions or collective actions.

13) Force Majeure

  • Nobleon Rider™ is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, outages, or acts of government.

14) Entire Agreement

These Driver Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nobleon Rider™ with respect to your role as a driver partner. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, oral or written.
